About Our Caregivers
The services our Certified Nurse Aides and Personal Care Assistants provide are the solutions you or loved one needs to remain safe and well at home. Our caregivers are honest, capable and kind. They receive ongoing skills training to stay current, and pass all State and Federal requirements and background checks.

LEADERSHIP CARE TEAM
Tripper Sharp ✧ CEO/Administrator
After over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry, holding multiple leadership roles including executive management, William C. Sharp, III (Tripper) was called to the home care industry . . . because he saw first hand, the difficulties of obtaining satisfactory caregiver services for his grandparents. This experience led him to create a company with a mission to help seniors thrive and live life to the fullest while giving families peace of mind.
Staying active in the community is important for Tripper. Since 2012, he has served on the Board of Directors for Cobb EMC including three terms as Board Chairman. Since 2015, he has also served on the Management Committee for Gas South and is currently Chairman. He also serves on the Fiber South management committee.
A native of Cobb County, Tripper and his wife are the parents of four children. Because of his young sons' love of playing and winning baseball, when he's not working, you will find him and his family on a ball field around Atlanta. Tripper is a graduate of Kennesaw State University.

Maddie Turner ✧ Operations Manager
As a Certified Nurse Aide and with Maddie’s caregiver recruiting experience, she ensures Sharp Home Care’s stringent caregiver recruiting, hiring, and operating standards are upheld. Maddie focuses on assisting our caregivers with staying current with training, certifications and licenses so that you get the best caregivers from Sharp Home Care. Handling general office responsibilities is the second hat she wears.
In addition to recruiting caregivers, she is a caregiver herself. She chose to work in elderly home care because she saw first-hand the positive impact caregivers had on her grandparents and her family. Caring for seniors quickly became a passion, and she looks for this passion in the caregivers she hires for Sharp Home Care.
Maddie is currently serving as a volunteer firefighter which goes right along with her passion for caring for people and serving others in any way she can.
When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, and going on walks with her two dogs and basking in the outdoors.

Charlotte Sharp ✧ Project Manager
Charlotte came out of retirement at Tripper's request to work for Sharp Home Care. It was an easy decision. She was more than happy to help out in light of Tripper being her son and the boss. She knew this business was his heart, and she wanted to do her part in helping those in need of home care, live better lives and stay safe in their homes. Charlotte manages various projects here at SHC ... from staffing and social media to website design/maintenance and marketing.
After retiring from the computer industry, stories and characters that had been rattling around in her head since college (Troy University) got louder, demanding her attention. Charlotte and her husband are the proud parents and grandparents of three wonderful adult children, five rip-roaring grandsons, and one enchanting granddaughter. When Charlotte isn't working for Sharp Home Care or spending time with her family, you will find her reading or writing or shamelessly promoting her books.
