After over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Tripper was called to the home care industry after seeing first hand, the difficulties of obtaining satisfactory caregiver services for his grandparents. Staying active in the community is important for Tripper. Since 2012 he has served on the Board of Directors for Cobb EMC including two years as Board Chairman. Since 2015 he has also served on the Management Committee of Gas South.
A native of Cobb County, Tripper and his wife Marlo live in Acworth with their 4 children. Tripper’s hobbies include coaching youth baseball, volunteering in the community and being "Superdad" for his kids. Tripper is a graduate of Kennesaw State University.
Cassidy has been working with the senior population since the age of 16. She knew at an early age that helping people was her calling. Cassidy’s passion for serving others started in her teenage years as she had an internship in a nursing home facility. A few years later she cared for her father for the last few years of his life. Her heart was overcome with compassion and empathy for those she helped, and she knew she wanted to keep that drive in whatever career she chose to pursue.
Cassidy started as a caregiver in the home care industry and loved every minute of it. She brings knowledge, compassion, and understanding to the table and loves to get to know her clients and her caregivers on a personal level.
Outside of work, Cassidy enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and going on adventures. Cassidy LOVES her job and hopes to further grow her career in the industry.
