About Sharp Home Care Caregivers
Trustworthy, Competent, and Compassionate
- All caregivers at Sharp Home Care are certified in CPR and/or Basic Life Support (BLS) with manager validation in quality assurance checks, so they are effectively trained to care for our clients.
- They are either Georgia Registered Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) or Personal Care Assistants (PCA).
- Under the guidance of our Registered Nurse, Operations Manager and/or Care Manager, our caregivers participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with caregiving best practices and comply with all State and Federal regulations.
- Each caregiver undergoes drug testing during the hiring process and at random intervals, along with comprehensive background checks and fingerprinting.
- Sharp Home Care caregivers protect the vulnerable, bring peace to families, and help individuals rediscover the many joys of life.
- They give the home back to seniors and with it—their sense of security, integrity, and freedom.

About Tripper Sharp, CEO
Our Founder
With over two decades of experience in financial services, William C. Sharp III (Tripper) transitioned from leadership roles in executive management to founding Sharp Home Care. His inspiration came from a personal experience of witnessing his grandparents’ challenges in finding quality caregiver services. Motivated to make a difference, he established Sharp Home Care to help seniors live fulfilling lives while providing families with peace of mind.
Since 2012, Tripper has served on the Board of Directors for Cobb EMC, including four years as Board Chairman. He has also been a member of Gas South, LLC‘s Board of Directors since 2015, currently serving as Chairman.
A lifelong resident of Cobb County, Tripper and his wife are raising four children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family at various sports fields around Metro Atlanta, supporting his daughter in cheerleading and his sons in baseball, basketball, and football.
Tripper is a graduate of Kennesaw State University and is committed to community service, leadership, and family values.
