Step 1: Contact Us Now For Expert Home Care
Step 2: Our friendly staff will respond immediately
A knowledgeable and friendly staff member will answer client’s questions and discuss their particular requirements in detail. At this time, if client wishes to move forward, we will schedule a free in-home no-obligation assessment.
Step 3: In-Home Consultation/Assessment
Either our Registered Nurse or Care Manager will go to client’s home to assess the level of care and type of caregiver required.
Step 4: Receive a Quote for Services
A quotation based on the level of care required is prepared and reviewed with the client for approval.
Step 5: A Start Date Determined
The care manager selects a caregiver that matches the client’s unique requirements. The start date is agreed upon and the caregiver can be introduced to client.
Step 6: The "Care Plan Manual" is reviewed on the first day of service
The caregiver is accompanied by the care manager (if needed) on the first day and the contents of the “Care Plan Manual” are discussed with the client. A copy is left in the client’s home.
Step 7: Regular wellness checks
The care manager maintains regular contact with the client and closely supervises the assigned caregiver.
